Customer Service:

At this time 2 Grrlz only accepts credit cards online. If you do not have a credit card or if you do not wish to use a credit card, you can make your purchase by sending us a check.

To purchase by check, start by going through the check-out process on the website with the items you intend to buy. Fill out your billing and shipping information, along with the method of shipping. Continue until you get to the page where it requests your credit card information. Please print that page out and mail it with your check to:

We promise a 30 day money back guarantee on all products if you are dissatisfied with a product or your shipment is damaged. We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer's complete satisfaction, including a full refund.

How to obtain a refund:

  1. In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 30 calendar days of your date of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available. To do so, contact us using the information on our Online Return Form. You must fill out the form completely, including your order number, a list of the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Partial refunds are available for multiple-item orders.
  2. Repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible) and include the packing slip to enable us to identify your package when it arrives at our warehouse.
  3. The product that was purchased must be in like-new condition, as determined by our staff, before the refund is issued. The product must be received within 14 days of your request in order for us to grant your refund.
  4. Include the original packing slip in the shipment and return to the following return shipping address:

  5. Refunds may be rendered using either a 2Grrlz company check, or a direct credit to your credit card, corresponding to your initial method of payment. A refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned products.

Shipping Policy
Products offered at this site are currently only available for delivery within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your address and a shipping method. This will display the chosen shipping cost. To check the cost of a different method of shipping, use your back button and select another shipping method.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday, are generally shipped within 24 hours or the next business day; Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following business day. If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, or if a product you have selected is currently unavailable, we will send an email notification to the email address you specified during the checkout process, advising you of our anticipated ship date. No credit card charges are made until your products have been shipped.

All shipping addresses must verify or we will not be able to process the order. For an address to verify, it must either be listed with the credit card company or listed in the telephone book. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, please enter the phone number to the shipping address as the evening telephone number.

For fraud prevention purposes, we do not ship to hotels, Mailboxes Etc. type companies or freight forwarding companies.

In the constantly-changing world of the Internet, privacy has become all the more precious and difficult to maintain. We attempt to ensure your privacy as best we can by adhering to the standards below.

General privacy policy: We do not rent, sell, lease, or give away any personal information from this site. No third parties have access to this information. Any information gathered from users of this site by us will remain private.

Payment information gathered during the processing of your order including credit card numbers, financial institutions, and expiration dates is not used for any purpose other than that for which it is being provided to us, and is used only to the extent necessary for processing your transaction.

Security: 2 Grrlz utilizes a secure server to protect your financial information. Secure server software (SSL) is used to encrypt the information sent between your Internet browser and our Internet site. This ensures the security of your financial transaction details when purchasing from 2 Grrlz. We follow strict security procedures in the storage of information you have given to us. We retain hard-copy information about your order--minus all credit card information--for 12 months in a secure setting. Credit card data is retained, encrypted, electronically for 30 days during the refund period--after that it is destroyed. We retain this information only to ensure accuracy in shipping, and to be able to follow-up on any problems with your order. We know that not saving your address and credit card data means you will have to re-enter your credit card information with purchases on return visits to our website, but we think this is a small price to pay for an increased level of security for our customers.

Cookies: We use a common file known as a "cookie" on our site. These are the same cookies used on millions of other websites in order to help you navigate through the shopping process. At 2 Grrlz we use cookies to let your computer remember products in your shopping cart and enable us to process your order.

Aggregate: At 2 Grrlz we monitor the aggregate traffic statistics–the number of people who visit our website and what pages they view. This is done in order to provide our customers better, and more efficient service, and analyze product sales. These general statistics do NOT personally identify customers and specific site visitors.
